Work with me

Email me directly at lkburton121@gmail.com. Below are a few of the ways I work brands, agencies and private clients.

Collaborations and sponsored posts
Pudding Lane began life as a food blog in early 2014. Launched in a charmingly shabby South-London kitchen, Pudding Lane Blog charted a love of baking and cooking, and has organically grown an engaged community of cooking, baking and lifestyle enthusiasts. I love the opportunity to recommend and work with the brands I love and use in my own kitchen. Brands that I have worked with in the past include Green & Blacks, Crabtree & Evelyn, Matthew Walker Christmas Puddings and Dr Oetker. If you'd like to work together, get in touch with me.

Recipe development
I am available for recipe writing and home economy work, and love hearing from brands, publications or individuals about development or testing commissions. My original recipes have been featured in my bi-weekly column with Kitchen Garden Magazine, and have also appeared in The Telegraph, Metro, Yahoo Food and Mumsnet. Get in touch with me to discuss your commission.

Copywriting & feature commissions
Alongside my writing here, I work as a freelance writer and copy editor. With a PR and content background, I love creating compelling and engaging stories for brands that inspire me. My editorial work has been published in The Telegraph and Kitchen Garden Magazine. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss a new commission or editorial project.

Bespoke wedding cakes
For me, there can surely be no cake more special than a wedding cake. Tiered wedding cakes are my favourite thing to make, and I can work with you to design and create a bespoke cake for your big day. I am available for commissions in London, the midlands and beyond. If you'd like to chat cake, get in touch with me here.

Event catering & occasions
I occasionally offer dessert catering for special events. Get in touch if you'd like to discuss some delicious ideas.
